Wake

The devastation and tragedy in Japan leave me dumbstruck. Nothing to possibly add here, as I cannot even begin to grasp this massive grief. The human spirit on that embattled island, must be hanging by a thread.

This was very moving. What a beautiful song. What better to put with these pictures. I was very, I don't know how to describe how I felt when I saw those pictures and heard the music.

Like you, for days I couldn't even talk about it to anyone. Eliza Gilkyson sings this and for me it puts into words something that is inarticulate.
